Driver crashes into Spokane Valley playground | News

An apartment playground is destroyed after a driver crashed into the structure, located at Pines and Grace, this afternoon. Nobody was hurt during the incident, but Spokane County Sheriff's Office says the 62-year-old female driver had a possible medical condition prompting the accident.

Neighbors at the Spokane Valley Parkside Apartment say the playground is typically busy with children, but none were present at the time of the crash.

The driver was taken to the hospital by a responding ambulance.
